The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or system failures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
